Deep Fried Labs ("we", "us") makes calculator apps — CalcLite and SuperCalc+ — for the TI-84 Plus CE, along with a desktop app that installs them. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy SuperCalc+, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and a payment reference so we can issue your license. We never see or store your card number.
- Account information. If you create an account in our desktop app, authentication is handled by Clerk. We store your email address and license records so your purchase follows your account.
- App install records. When the desktop app transfers an app to your calculator, we log the download against your license to prevent abuse.
The calculator apps themselves run entirely offline on your TI-84 Plus CE and collect nothing.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not collect anything from your calculator.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and file storage), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Data retention
License and purchase records are kept for as long as your license is active, since a lifetime license needs a lifetime record. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@deepfriedlabs.com. Note that deleting your account also deletes the license attached to it.
Children
Our products are intended for students, including those under 18, but purchases and accounts should be made by someone aged 16 or older (or with a parent or guardian's involvement where required by local law).
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
